Job Optometric Technician

The Optometric Technician will be integral to the patient care experience, performing essential duties (training provided) like, but not limited to:

• Assisting the Optometrists with eye examinations
• Conducting pre-examination testing
• Managing patient records and files, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Communicating directly with patients to explain procedures
• Addressing patient needs, ensuring comfort and understanding
• Tracking and organize contact lens orders
• Serving as a liaison between patients and doctors, especially for specialty lenses
• Assisting patients with inquiries about services, treatments, and procedures, providing clear and helpful information.
