Job Heavy Equipment Mechanic

We are working with a major retail heavy equipment company who is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic. This company is an industry leader experiencing strong growth and looking to invest in top talent!

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose repair needs
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Repair heavy equipment - mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on fuels, fluids, and lubrication
• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial hydraulic, electrical, air and water systems
• Perform and document inspections of all equipment
• Follow all company and industry regulations and rules
• Occasional field service work

Experience & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years' experience of maintenance/service with industrial heavy equipment
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills
• Must have a current Driver's License with a clean driving record
• CDL is a plus but not required

Compensation:

• $35 - $45 per hour
• Excellent Benefits package
• Extensive paid training
• Uniform, Tool and Boot allotment
