San Miguel Power Association, Inc. serves San Miguel, Ouray, and San Juan counties and parts of Montrose, Mesa, Hinsdale, and Dolores counties in western Colorado.
Our service territory covers approximately 3, 600 square miles and ranges in terrain from rugged mountain peaks to grassy plateaus. SMPA maintains approximately 1, 800 miles of line and 13, 000 meters. For your convenience, there are two district offices. One is located in Nucla and one is in Ridgway, CO.
